Mystra is the goddess of magic. Since the Divine Gate she has been called the Celestial Weaver, and her symbol is nine stars joined by arcane sigils (see The New Gods).
The Calamity. In the flashback the Fatemakers played in 2020, the first heroes called on Mystra's soul to end The Calamity. Herentor cast Planetary Schism, Global Suggestion and Cosmic Lock, and Mystra's soul became the "building blocks" of the lock that sealed the southern continent away (see Herentor's Wall).
- Campaign 2: Scribble talked of installing his godson Quorlinn "as the new Mystra".
- Campaign 3: the Celestial Weaver was one of the five gods who last walked the world. Thoren Blackthorn held her Source, and she was among the gods the party turned against The Harsh.
- Campaign 4: Hysteria has a shrine to the Celestial Weaver, and her temple on "baby island" is reached by ferry. The townsfolk believe their three gods are taking sacrifices.
The Fatemakers' notes record that in the Calamity Mystra "departed the world" rather than being killed.
