The Southern Continent

The southern continent of Eavaros has no known name; the sources call it simply "the southern continent" or "the southern continents". At the end of The Calamity, Herentor used the soul of Mystra to cast Planetary Schism, Global Suggestion and Cosmic Lock, sealing it away from the north and from memory (Herentor's Wall). The wall seems to have fallen around the time of The Skyfire (1019 PC), and since then north and south have been in contact again: Grobnak "discovered" a southern continent, the King in Yellow rose as a southern myth, and in 1034 Scribble mused about founding a wizarding school there.
Dwarves are "suspiciously missing" from the south, and its Gen 1 warforged were all deactivated with the removal of The Soul Luxon. The Great Evaporation of 1019 PC, the ancient elven terraforming of Rillachor let loose by the fall of Herentor's spell, dried much of it into The Restless Expanse. Campaign 4 is set here, around Sandwater Slough and the buried elven city of Rillachor, with Ashwell and Hysteria in the far west; Vistas Landing also lies in the south.
