The Broken Bones
Faction Campaign 2The pirate crew that attacked the party in 1034 PC, every member bound by a deal with the King in Yellow.
The Broken Bones were the pirate crew that attacked the party's ship at the start of campaign 2 and hunted the chest the party had escorted (The Chest Of Great Treasure), which they believed held "the Fork". Members:
- Captain Kenway Perry (Kenway), a goblin with a gun.
- Meradana.
- The warforged Duhm.
- The vampire Saber (Saber Netherthirst), with his brother Clef Neverthirst guarding their city.
- An elderly dwarf shapechanger in a wheelchair, Tunda Deepshaper.
- The twins Glix and Glux.
Each had made a separate deal with The King In Yellow. Together they turned The Red Wastes into a time bubble and stole a warforged body from The Nascent Fields. They tried every means to open the chest, including a talking head and a captured wizard. Someone tipped them off that the party carried the chest, which few in the south knew.
By the end of 1034 Meradana, Saber and his brother, Tunda, Glix and Glux were dead, and only Kenway and Duhm were at large. Kenway died in the Astral Sea in 1034 and Duhm was the enemy at The Siege of Talonkeep.
